Qualifications Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in information systems management, computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience with demonstrated ability (required) Minimum seven (7) years of systems engineering experience, with technical leadership for large-scale projects (required) Advanced knowledge and understanding of cloud architecture, system design, and integration (required) Minimum three (5) years' experience with Microsoft technology stack, cloud platforms (Azure), and leading diverse technology portfolios (required) Skills Expertise in IT infrastructure architecture (on-premises and cloud) Familiar with Data Center Operations (power, cooling, rack management) Familiar with network switching, routing, firewall, and Intrusion Prevention Systems In-depth understanding of network protocols Proficient with Azure Networking Expertise with Active Directory and EntraID Expertise with VMware and Windows Server operating systems Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams Proficient with Backup technologies and Storage Area Networks Proficient in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, etc.) Experienced in automation/orchestration (e.g., Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Ansible, StackStorm, etc.) Strong knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity Experienced in IT infrastructure maintenance, patching, and change management Familiar with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, FERPA, GLBA) for data integrity and privacy Knowledgeable in Linux-based systems preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Visio) Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure support and commitment to project objectives Outstanding people skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills #LI-Remote Employment Type: FULL_TIME
