CRM DATA ANALYST: ATG (Applied Technology Group) is the premier technology business partner for the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry in North America. JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support our customer engagement strategy and business decision-making through data. This role is responsible for maintaining data quality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, generating insights via Power BI, and supporting cross-functional teams with actionable analytics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CRM Data Management: Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in Dynamics 365 CE. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize CRM processes and workflows. Develop and enforce data governance rules and field usage standards. Analytics & Reporting: Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using data from Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and other integrated sources. Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities. Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting to business stakeholders and leadership. Integration & Optimization: Work with IT or consultants to enhance integrations between Dynamics CE and other systems (e.g., Business Central, PandaDoc, Avalara). Assist with the configuration and testing of custom CRM fields, views, and automation flows. Support projects involving Power Automate, Excel data models, and custom APIs where needed. Stakeholder Support: Partner with business teams to understand analytics needs and deliver insights aligned with strategic objectives. Train end-users on report usage, self-service BI, and CRM best practices. Qualifications: Experience in CRM data analytics, business intelligence, or similar role. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, or Marketing modules). Proficient in Power BI for data modeling, DAX, report building, and dashboard publishing. Solid database query skills for data extraction and transformation. Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse, Business Central, XrmToolBox or SmartConnect. Familiarity with Power Platform. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
