Base pay range PLN 25,600.00/yr - PLN 28,800.00/yr About The Role Provide technical leadership, set architectural direction, and ensure platform integration and standardization for service design, aligning with business objectives and stakeholders. Tasks And Responsibilities • Technical Leadership & Architecture: • Provide technical leadership and set architectural direction for overall service design, aligning technical vision with business objectives. • Govern and define platform-level rules and strategic direction, including ownership of governance processes. • Shape and influence the product vision, including areas such as AI and Edge Applications. • Develop conceptual and detailed architecture design for the overall platform to provide guidance to the developer community. • Evaluate, investigate, and compare new technologies and disciplines that are of significance to DMP. • Collaboration & Alignment: • Align with internal IT stakeholders to ensure platform compatibility and integration. • Coordinate with external application teams to ensure seamless integration with the platform. • Coordinate with cloud vendors (e.g., Microsoft), participate in platform discussions, and relate cloud vendor initiatives to the platform strategy. • Lead, manage, and integrate the Architecture Runway into the Agile lifecycle by fostering close collaboration between development teams and Solution/System Architects. • Align the platform architecture with the Enterprise Architecture team of ZF. • Platform Design & Standardization: • Ensure integration, reuse, and creation of shared components across the platform. • Initiate common platform services. • Ensure strategic positioning of technology and applications within ZF. • Support & Consulting: • Serve as a direct technical consultant for Tech Leads, Operations, IT, and divisional champions (stakeholders). • Consult and support development teams during all phases of the application lifecycle: design, development, maintenance, and phase-out. • Consult and train program management, IT managers, Tech Leads, and Product Owners in IT architecture and architecture management based on corporate standards, ZF IT standards, and the latest architectural approaches. • Support improvements of processes and methods affecting the architecture domain and overall platform team. • Feature Team Enablement: • Support creation of initial architecture design (ADR) for new apps or major features, adapting involvement based on team maturity. • Ensure compatibility of design decisions with other teams’ and platform decisions. • Maintain continuous interaction with development teams to ensure performance, scalability, and integrity. • Help teams identify and address alignment within the ZF organization. • Address operational risks with development teams.
