Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 / PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and build scalable, user-friendly applications that streamline operations and improve data visibility. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven). • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.). • Develop and manage Power Automate flows to automate workflows and processes. • Build and extend solutions using custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Power Fx. • Work with Dataverse (CDS) for data modeling and storage. • Integrate with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors. • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and end-user training. • Maintain and manage Power Platform environments, solutions, and security roles. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA Required Skills & Experience: • 9+ years of experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 CE. • Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, C#, and Plugins. • Strong understanding of Dataverse, Model-driven apps, and Canvas apps. • Experience with Power Platform CLI, Solution Management, and ALM (DevOps). • Knowledge of Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Key Vault (preferred). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certifications such as: • PL-400: Power Platform Developer • PL-100 / PL-200: App Maker / Functional Consultant • Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for Power Platform. • Knowledge of Power BI and integration into PowerApps (nice to have). • Experience in industry-specific implementations (finance, manufacturing, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40.33 per hour Work Location: In person
