Tier 2 Support Engineer - MSP Role with Projects, Growth & Client Ownership $65K–$85K If you're the kind of engineer who loves solving problems, pitching smart solutions, and taking real ownership of your work, this one's for you. A Houston-based MSP is looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer who can thrive in a fast-moving, client-facing environment. You’ll play a key role across support, project implementation, and day-to-day infrastructure work and working closely with a tight-knit, high-performing team that values initiative, clear communication, and results over ego. You’ll split your time between supporting end users, rolling out light projects, and occasionally hopping on-site.
