Soni is seeking a Data & Integration Specialist! This role is pivotal in building and supporting the company's data infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making across all departments. They will design and implement data integration processes, automate data flows, and democratize data access through the development of reporting and visualization solutions. This individual will also evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance our data capabilities. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain internal and 3rd party data integration processes using Microsoft Azure-based tools. Improve business processes through the automation of data flows. Democratize access to data and content, including creating and maintaining data warehouses, visualization, and reporting using the Microsoft suite of products. Research, recommend, and implement new tools and techniques to use technology to accomplish our business goals. Ensure security, quality, stability, availability, and compliance of data systems. Collaborate and participate in the full life cycle of projects and support. Qualifications: T-SQL/SQL Server (3+ years), with at least 1 year using Azure SQL Server products. PowerBI or equivalent analysis and visualization tools (2+ years). PowerAutomate or equivalent process automation tools (2+ years).???Microsoft Fabric experience. Microsoft SSRS or equivalent reporting tools (2+ years). Microsoft SSIS or equivalent data integration/ETL tools (2+ years). Basic knowledge of a scripting or programming language (such as JavaScript). Technical and functional requirements gathering experience. GitHub or equivalent version control environment. Solid analytical and communication skills with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. "DevOps" mindset and experience. Strong adaptability and multitasking skills to manage priorities and project demands effectively.
