They will also be responsible for the integrity and management of these associated systems. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Perform administration, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting for Microsoft/Office 365 Cloud Products and ServicesConfigure and maintain computer inventory utilizing Microsoft InTuneManage and configure software deployments utilizing Microsoft InTuneManage, configure, and maintain administrative elements in both Microsoft Defender and PurviewReporting and auditing within Microsoft 365Management of user support tickets using the Frasco IT ticketing systemManage the deployment and administration of Phishing test campaigns About Us: Frasco is a leading provider of investigative services for our clients in the insurance industry.
