We are seeking a results-driven Partner Sales Executive to join our team in the Microsoft Azure unit. You will be responsible for closing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. This role involves leveraging cloud partners as a route to market. Key responsibilities include: • Proactively drive business development and pre-sales initiatives using your industry and technical background. • Understand clients' needs and develop customized solutions. • Position Fractal solutions to meet client requirements and become a trusted advisor. • Represent the full Fractal portfolio with expertise in AI, Engineering & Design, and Behavioral Sciences. • Create and deliver presentations and proposals. • Build and maintain a sales pipeline, managing from lead generation to closing deals. • Monitor and report sales activities regularly using CRM and reporting tools. • Manage contracts, proposals, and pricing negotiations for profitable sales. Drive the 'sell with' sales motion, jointly selling with Microsoft to clients. Build relationships with Microsoft sellers and understand various Microsoft programs (e.g., DTA, ECIF, Solution Assessment, DPI 30, AAMP). Effective enterprise sales require collaboration with Principal Consultants, Solution Architects, and Sales Operations to achieve objectives within a joint sales pursuit team. Must have: • Experience in selling consulting and technical services from qualification to closing. • Experience with projects or managed services via SOW. • Understanding of how advanced technology (AI, data, analytics) drives enterprise solutions. Nice to have: • Knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem. • Experience as a management consultant or technical practitioner. • Success in large enterprise data modernization projects. Desired Skills and Experience: • 5+ years of enterprise services sales experience. • Background as a Delivery Consultant in analytics tech stacks. • Deep knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Experience in AI, analytics, cloud data warehousing, and application modernization. • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals. • Confidence, creativity, and ability to build trust quickly. • Experience with partner-selling models and Microsoft partner networks is a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
