The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, development, and customization of SharePoint environments while also utilizing Power BI to create meaningful reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: • SharePoint Administration & Development: Manage and maintain SharePoint environments (Online, On-Premise, or Hybrid). • Develop, configure, and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions. • Implement SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom scripting. • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, ensuring system stability and security. • Develop and enforce SharePoint governance policies, best practices, and documentation. • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party tools. Power BI & Data Visualization: • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports that transform raw data into insightful visual artifacts. • Connect and integrate data from multiple sources, including SharePoint, SQL databases, and cloud services. • Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query to create meaningful data models. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into impactful visual solutions. • Optimize report performance, ensure data accuracy, and maintain security standards. Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in SharePoint administration and development (SharePoint Online, 2016, 2019). • Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices. • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, Type Script, React, and REST APIs. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, One Drive, and Exchange integration. • Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure, and API integration for data retrieval and reporting. • Experience with SharePoint security, governance, and compliance policies. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Certifications: • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker, SharePoint Associate). • Experience with scripting languages such as Power Shell for automation.
