Software Developer II, Microsoft Power Platform 💰 Salary: $117,200 - 193,400 per year At The Travelers Companies, Inc. we are looking for a No-Code engineer! 🛠️ Our tech stack: Hardware, HTTP, Support, Kanban, LESS, Microsoft Power Platform, PowerShell, Python, SharePoint, No-Code 📝 Rquirements: - A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. - A minimum of two years of programming or development experience is essential. - Preferred experience includes four years in programming/development. - Familiarity with building, configuring, managing, and supporting Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, alongside understanding governance, compliance, and administration capabilities. - Knowledge of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) model and the CoE Toolkit is advantageous. - Experience in developing and migrating SharePoint/InfoPath/Workflow 2013/2016 solutions to SharePoint Online/Power Platform. - An understanding of Microsoft licensing models, Power Platform connectors, and related functionalities. - Experience with other M365 extensibility models and APIs such as Microsoft Graph, as well as coding in technologies like Python and Powershell. - A track record of contributing to the creation and sharing of intellectual property across teams is desirable. - Experience working in collaborative Agile/Kanban teams and in an enterprise-level support role is a plus. 👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are: - As a member of our Power Platform Center of Excellence, I will oversee the administration, configuration, and support of Microsoft Power Platform across the organization, establishing best practices for teams utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate. - I will guide customers through troubleshooting and best practices during office hours and in one-on-one meetings with Power Platform developers. - I will carry out analysis, design, development, and configuration tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, working as an individual contributor towards team objectives. - I will address advanced complexity defects and incidents, taking appropriate escalation steps as necessary. - I will independently resolve both well-scoped and loosely defined issues, continually seeking to grow my technical expertise. - I will provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members. - Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
