Job Title: Microsoft 365 Copilot Architect Duration: 12-18 months Location: Pennington, NJ / Charlotte, NC / Addison, TX (Local candidates preferred) Required Pay Scale: $85-$90 • **Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates*** Job Summary: Project Details: Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Architect to join its Productivity Architecture and Engineering team. The role focuses on architecting modern AI-driven productivity solutions, particularly Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI modeling, while ensuring cloud security and compliance within a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities: • Act as a senior AI advisor across projects, with a focus on Copilot for M365. • Lead the architecture, design, and integration of AI-powered workflows and automation solutions. • Ensure compliance, resiliency, and governance in solution design. • Guide cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to architectural roadmaps. • Create technical documentation, support PoCs, and drive innovation aligned with financial services security standards. Required Qualifications: • 10+ years in Microsoft cloud architecture/engineering with AI focus. • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI modeling. • Strong foundation in Active Directory, networking, PowerShell, and hybrid environments. • Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). • Experience with Azure Entra ID, OAuth, Kerberos, and Microsoft 365 identity/access management. • Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin Expert, Security Engineer Associate, Cloud/Cybersecurity certs).
