Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr We are seeking a skilled IT Support Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in providing desktop, deskside, and remote support for a user base of 650 employees, with an anticipated increase of 100 additional users soon. The ideal candidate will have experience in workstation rollouts, laptop deployments, and computer reimaging, as well as strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 environments. Key Responsibilities: • Provide IT support to end users via onsite, remote, and deskside assistance. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, and in-house applications. • Manage hardware deployments, including laptop rollouts, workstation setup, and reimaging computers. • Utilize Inv Gate as the primary ticketing system and asset management tool. • Support a Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration project. • Assist with software deployment and patching using KASE. • Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving IT-related issues efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: • 2+ years of IT support experience in a Tier II capacity. • Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory). • Experience with ticketing systems and asset management tools (Inv Gate preferred). • Familiarity with software deployment and patching solutions (KASE experience a plus). • Customer service experience is a must—ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users. • Certifications (A+, MCP, etc.) are a plus but not required. • A degree is preferred, but relevant certifications or hands-on experience can substitute.
