Technology/enterprise architect driving maturity and continuous service improvements in support engagements reducing technical debt and enforcing cross tower collaboration across app infra teams and ability to drive complex technology initiatives like CMDB, Vulnerabilities, Tools evaluation and implementation liasioning architects.
