Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong background in application development and containerization to join an enterprise client of ours in the Miami, FL area. The ideal candidate will have experience in refactoring legacy applications into containerized environments and will focus on building robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment lifecycles. Responsibilities include: Application Containerization: Collaborate with development teams to refactor and containerize legacy applications, ensuring seamless integration into modern environments CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to automate application testing and deployment Container Orchestration: Manage and optimize container orchestration platforms, ensuring high availability and scalability of applications Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain infrastructure configurations using IaC tools to enable reproducible and scalable environments. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles with a focus on application development Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and OpenShift Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar Strong scripting skills in languages such as Shell, Python, or Ansible for automation purposes Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively Experience with GitOps practices and tools like ArgoCD for automated deployments Knowledge of security best practices in containerized environments Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
