Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect Are you a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator looking to play a vital role in managing and optimizing an enterprise-level M365 environment? We're seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to ensure the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of our Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online and the Power Platform. Role Overview As a Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This includes managing user accounts, security settings, compliance features, and supporting our various M365 applications, with a particular focus on SharePoint Online and the Power Platform. You'll be a key point of contact for technical support, ensuring our users can leverage the full potential of Microsoft 365. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions. • Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and configurations to support business needs. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Monitor M365 service health and proactively address potential issues. • Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance policies within the M365 environment. • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new M365 features and updates. • Develop and maintain documentation for M365 configurations, processes, and procedures. • Collaborate with development teams and power users to support Power Platform solutions. What We're Looking For • 8+ years of experience in administering Microsoft 365 environments. • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration (site collection management, permissions, features). • Proficiency in managing core M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Azure AD). • Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) from an administrative and support perspective. • Experience with M365 security and compliance features (e.g., Conditional Access, DLP, eDiscovery). • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Nice to Have • Experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 administration. • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview compliance solutions. • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune). • Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator, MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams).
