Job Title: IAM Integration Architect Oracle Fusion & M365 Duration: 6 months (Contract W2) Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, candidate must be within 50 miles) Key Skills: IT systems integration or identity and access management (IAM), ManageEngine ADManager Plus, Oracle Fusion Cloud with AD and M365, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, PowerShell. Overview: The Client is seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of end-to-end automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and user lifecycle management. This position will focus on integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud (HRIS) with Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365 (M365), and ManageEngine ADManager Plus. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems, automation scripting, and cross-platform enterprise integration. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain automated user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows using ADManager Plus. • Integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD for seamless and secure user lifecycle management. • Customize and enhance ADManager Plus policies, templates, and automation scripts to support dynamic business needs. • Troubleshoot integration, synchronization, and data mapping issues across systems. • Ensure security, compliance, and audit-readiness through accurate monitoring and reporting of user account activity. • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams, workflow processes, and support procedures. • Collaborate with HR, IT, and security teams to align IAM processes with business policies. Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in IT systems integration, IAM, or enterprise automation. • Proven hands-on experience with ManageEngine ADManager Plus in a production environment. • Demonstrated experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with Active Directory and Microsoft 365. • Solid understanding of user account management, Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange, and directory synchronization. • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and workflow development. • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration frameworks or middleware. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Professional certifications in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or IAM tools. • Experience with identity governance platforms such as Microsoft Entra, Okta, or SailPoint. • Understanding of HRIS data models and employee lifecycle workflows in Oracle Fusion Cloud. • Experience working in government or public sector IT environments.
