Position: DBA Engineer Location: Dallas, TX (100% Onsite) Employment: W2 basis Role Overview We are seeking an experienced DBA Engineer to support database setups, optimize performance, and contribute to ongoing migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL Server expertise and experience with Azure SQL environments. Key Responsibilities • Support database setups in an active-active configuration and ensure optimal performance. • Work extensively with Stored Procedures, including splitting and migrating them from SQL MI to Azure SQL. • Perform SQL Server performance tuning and optimization (minimum 5 years of experience). • Modify and troubleshoot complex stored procedures. • Design and model logical and physical databases, including schema, stored procedures, triggers, and related database objects. • Develop, test, and troubleshoot SQL Server, including SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS (desirable). • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and Function programming. • Lead and execute migration projects from SQL MI to Azure SQL. • Utilize Azure Data Factory (minimum 2 years of hands-on experience). • Update and optimize SSIS packages as needed. • Provide alternative solutions for cross-d
