DevOps Engineer (Azure Private Link & Cloud Engineering Experience) Either of these location: Santa Clara, Concord, Sacramento, Roseville, Oakland, San Diego, Los Angeles, CA, Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; New York City (Manhattan); Spokane, WA Overview We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud engineering and hands-on expertise with Azure Private Link. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure. You will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to drive automation, streamline deployments, and ensure robust cloud networking and access controls. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and improve software delivery. Build and manage cloud infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure, including networking, virtual machines, storage, and security policies. Design and implement private connectivity solutions using Azure Private Link for secure access to PaaS services and internal applications with private endpoints, ensuring traffic stays off the public internet. Configure and maintain Azure Private Link services: manage Private Endpoints, aliases, visibility, and auto-approval settings for consumer networks and services. Monitor infrastructure and application health using monitoring and log aggregation tools; proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform). Required Skills & Experience 3+ years in DevOps, Cloud, or related IT roles. Expertise in cloud engineering with Microsoft Azure, including experience deploying and maintaining secure cloud environments. Direct experience with Azure Private Link, including configuration of private endpoints, custom services, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python). Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Strong understanding of cloud networking, authentication, access control, and security features. Experience with monitoring tools, log aggregation, and system troubleshooting. Effective communicator, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical details to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Relevant Azure or DevOps certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent). Experience integrating hybrid (on-premises + cloud) networking using VPN/ExpressRoute and Private Link.
