Requirement: Sr. Solution Architect for C2C. Location: Remote. Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in data engineering, data warehouses, and data migrations. Key Responsibilities Data Engineering Architecture: Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions, primarily using Snowflake, to support business analytics and reporting needs. Data Migrations: Lead data migration projects, ensuring secure and efficient transfer of data between systems with minimal downtime and disruption. Business Alignment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, translating these into technical solutions that drive business success. Executive-Level Communication: Present technical insights, project progress, and business outcomes to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner. Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges related to data infrastructure, performance optimization, and integration with minimal supervision. Scripting Automation: Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., Python) to automate routine processes, ensuring data pipelines and workflows are streamlined and error-free. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product teams, data analysts, and IT to ensure data solutions are aligned with organizational goals and scalable for future needs. Requirements • Proven experience in data engineering, with a focus on data warehouse architectures, data migrations, and integration projects. • Proficiency in Snowflake, Python, and scripting for data processing and automation. • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect technology solutions to broader business goals. • Excellent communication skills, able to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive-level audiences. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capability to address complex issues independently and deliver solutions under pressure. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
