The Performance Assurance team is growing and seeking a Data Engineer who can turn real-world data into machine-learning insights that drive meaningful results. This role utilizes utility-scale power plant process data to develop forecasting and anomaly detection systems that enhance reliability and operational performance. What You’ll Do · Build, deploy, and maintain production machine learning solutions using Azure infrastructure · Own customer deployments end-to-end — configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, documentation · Collaborate with industry experts to identify optimization opportunities and measurable value · Design and support integrations using Python, SQL, APIs, and industrial time-series data · Create clear, concise documentation for each customer deployment What’s Needed · Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field · 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role · Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and API development · Experience with Azure (Azure Functions, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, AzureML) · Working knowledge of time-series data and machine-learning concepts · Self-starter mindset: resourceful, independent, curious, and action-oriented What This Role Offers · Real-world impact in energy and industrial optimization + Competitive Salary + Bonus + Great Benefits
