Role Description We are seeking a skilled SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to support a key government client at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. This is a full-time, fully on-site role requiring an active Secret Clearance.If you are passionate about building modern solutions on the SharePoint Online platform and have a knack for automation and data visualization, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: • Collaborate directly with clients to define and develop requirements for Power BI and Power Apps applications. • Design, configure, and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and web parts to meet client needs. • Build and deploy custom business applications and forms using Power BI & Power Apps. • Automate complex business processes and create robust workflows using Power Automate. • Develop insightful dashboards and ad-hoc reports using Power BI, Excel, and MS Access to visualize SharePoint data. • Manage the full lifecycle of the SharePoint environment, including maintenance, troubleshooting, user support, and regular data backups. What You'll Bring: • Required: An active Secret security clearance. • Required: 2+ years of professional experience with Power BI & Power Apps. • Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. • Familiarity with data sources like SQL Server and MS Access. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects independently. • A self-motivated and detail-oriented work ethic. • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred. Key Details & Benefits: • Location: 100% On-site at the Mark Center, Alexandria, VA (5 days/week). • Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience. • Health: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. • Retirement: 401(k) plan. • Time Off: Paid time off (PTO). • Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
