We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer / Data Analytics professional with 5+ years of experience to join our client’s team in Plainsboro, NJ. This direct-hire role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and JD Edwards (JDE) ERP. You’ll play a critical role in turning complex manufacturing data into actionable insights that support key supply chain and financial processes. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. • Leverage Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service for reporting and analytics. • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into BI solutions. • Integrate and report against data from JD Edwards (various modules). • Develop and optimize SQL queries, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse models. • Build and track KPIs to drive insights for manufacturing and financial operations. • Ensure high-quality data visualization and storytelling for decision-making. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to support Azure-based analytics solutions. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and BI solutions. • Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service. • Experience with JD Edwards Reporting and data integration across modules. • Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing. • Demonstrated expertise in KPI development, dashboards, and data visualization. • Familiarity with manufacturing environments and related data challenges. • Experience with Azure analytics services.
