Experience Required: • VMware vSphere: 5 years of hands-on experience managing VMware vSphere environments, including ESXI hosts and vCenter. Skilled in VM provisioning, resource optimization, high availability, and preparing workloads for seamless cloud migration. • Microsoft Azure (Local Integration): 5 years of experience integrating on-premises infrastructure with Microsoft Azure using services like Azure Arc and Site Recovery. Successfully led multiple migrations from VMware to Azure Stack HCI and hybrid Azure setups, ensuring secure, efficient, and low-downtime transitions. Education: • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Certification (must have one or more). • Azure Local Solutions Architect Expert. • VMware Cloud Professional.
