What You Will Do: • Dynamics 365 Development, .NET, O365 and Power platform. Must be very strong Dynamics 365, JavaScript and CSS. Should be able to work on Plugins, workflows, customizations and integrations. • Proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes. • Configure CRM, build new service cases, and implement sales processes. • Implement MS CRM using both on-prem and online versions of Dynamics 365. • Develop business applications using Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform. • Develop lead management and case management modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Create system architecture diagrams and documentation for review by both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proactively communicate application design and architecture with technical teams and vendors. • Exercise initiative, good judgment, and make sound technical decisions. • Break down complex application requirements and propose appropriate architectural solutions. • Mentor, coach and influence architecture and design group discussions. • Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company's Intranet; • Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital; • Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement; • Complete all assigned training on time. • Embrace and adhere to First Western's Core Values • Other duties as assigned. What You Bring: • Experience of software development using Microsoft .NET, C# and JavaScript. • Ability to communicate clearly to various levels within the organization. General knowledge and understanding of the financial services and/or information technology industries is required. • Experience with SalesForce.com or other enterprise class CRM systems is also nice to have. • Possesses intermediate knowledge in the fields of computer science, programming, data analytics and/or computer engineering. • Intermediate-level familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel) • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Resiliency and ability to work in a highly time-sensitive environment. • Adaptability and comfort with periodic change • Ability to work independently to gather information Education Level Education Details Required/Preferred Bachelor's Degree, Bachelor's degree in a computer data or information science field, finance, or business administration (or equivalent professional experience) is required. Preferred Experience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred 1-3 years, Experience with .NET, Agile software development, Power Platform, API integrations, JavaScript, and C#. Required 3-5 years, Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Required 1-2 years Experience with other enterprise CRM packages and implementations. Particularly SFDC and Hubspot.
