Power BI Engineer with ETL Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Full-time Note : We are looking for immediate joiners. Here are the key skills required for the role: • Advanced SQL • Strong experience in Snowflake • Proficiency in ETL tools, preferably ADF and Python • Cloud experience - Azure preferred • Reporting expertise - Power BI is a must, Business Objects is preferred • Data Modelling • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Job Duties: Power BI Development & Data Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver actionable insights. Create robust data models to support scalable and efficient reporting solutions. Write and optimize DAX expressions and Power Query transformations for advanced analytics. Integrate data from multiple sources, including SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake, and other databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure high-quality outputs. Supply Chain Data Expertise (Preferred): Understand key supply chain functional areas such as Inventory Management, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management. Provide insights into supply chain operations, including inventory optimization and logistics performance. Work with master data (e.g., Vendor & Material) to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, and logistics, to understand data needs and deliver solutions. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization through compelling visualizations and storytelling. Act as a subject matter expert on Power BI and data modeling best practices. Qualifications & Skills Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development, data modeling, and advanced analytics. Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and SQL (Snowflake experience preferred). Experience with Python for data analysis and automation. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA data sources and tables specific to supply chain operations. Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration workflows.
