In the role of Lead Microsoft Security Engineer, you will work with advanced Microsoft tools to strengthen the security posture of various sectors, including both public and private organizations. Your Responsibilities • Manage the technical relationship with clients throughout pre-sales and solution implementation. • Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft security solutions within M365 and Azure, including Entra ID, Teams, Defender, Intune, Purview, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel. • Create security strategies in alignment with frameworks like CMMC, NIST 800-171, and NIST 800-53. • Facilitate workshops, architecture discussions, and technical demonstrations. • Contribute to zero trust initiatives, extended detection & response (XDR), and threat modeling. • Assist clients in achieving and maintaining compliance while enhancing their operational security. What You Bring to the Team • A Bachelor's degree or comparable experience. • A strong desire for problem-solving and a passion for emerging technologies. • Experience in managing cloud security environments. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft security tools such as Entra ID, Defender Suite, Azure Sentinel, and PowerShell. • A solid understanding of fundamental cybersecurity principles like zero trust, privileged access, APT threats, credential theft, and just-in-time administration. Required Certifications (minimum of 2): • AZ-500 • AZ-305 • SC-100 • SC-200 • SC-300 • SC-401 • Note: Active certifications are mandatory for consideration. The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $195,000 annually. The exact remuneration will depend on various factors including experience and qualifications.
