Duties/Day to Day Overview • Enhancements • Write requirements • Work with business to define requirements • Stakeholders Communications Team (Intranet Manager, Manager and Director of Communications) The Bridge - Store Ops Team (Sr. Managers) Developers • SharePoint Online – Waterfall (not doing JIRA stories every day) • Adding social media feed • Fixing navigational issues • Adding design options for tracking and reporting Top Requirements (Must haves) • Core BA Skillset • M365 Ecosystem Knowledge • Soft Skills are KEY • A little more technical on Sharpoint Online Other information: • Responsible for driving adoption of core Office 365 functionality, such as Microsoft Teams and OneDrive, as well as introducing new productivity and automation, when applicable. • Focus on change management, building our network of Microsoft 365 Champions, managing application updates and releases, training, marketing, and other areas that will help our internal users adopt technologies. • Works in partnership with the Microsoft specific person • Ex: moving reporting from network drive for a certain team to a SharePoint site • Lots of small, tactical, guidance and SME type activities • Documentation of pipelined or completed tasks – occasional
