Job Description A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to join their team. Reporting to the IT Director of Data Products and Analytics, this individual will lead the development of high priority data analytics projects that ultimately improve Incyte's ability to produce positive patient outcomes. This role will have high visibility from business and IT leadership and will have a direct impact on strategic initiatives to build out a modern data lake platform. This role is part of a rapidly growing team: the successful candidate will have opportunities for expanding responsibility and shaping the future vision of how data and AI are used. The ideal candidate has a blend of data analytics technical expertise, leadership ability, and relevant subject matter knowledge and should be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and highly motivated to grow in responsibility as the team grows, including opportunities for direct people management. Hybrid with expectation to be in office 4 days per week in Chadds Ford PA and/or Wilmington, DE. Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of hands on experience in business intelligence and reporting • Technical expertise in both Power BI- Strong experience designing data models in the context of a data lake platform, including the implementation of medallion architecture • Coding proficiency in PySpark and experience with GIT based version control and CI/CD • Experience with delivering projects in adherence with IT and team standards. • Experience designing and implementing design standards is a plus • Experience leading data analytics projects and technical teams (direct people management preferred) • Experience engaging with business and IT stakeholders. Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Relevant subject matter expertise in relevant business areas (e.g. Clinical Trials, Clinical Operations, Technical Operations) and source system types (e.g. SAP, Veeva, CTMS, PPM) • Technical expertise in a cloud Data Lake / Lakehouse technology • (Microsoft Fabric is preferred, but Databricks or equivalent will be considered)
