Responsibilities • Design, modify, and optimize SSRS reports utilizing various data sources. • Craft advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for efficient data extraction. • Engage with stakeholders to understand and gather reporting requirements thoroughly. • Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports and dashboards. • Manage and improve ETL processes using SSIS. • Diagnose and resolve reporting issues promptly. • Apply best practices for performance tuning and optimization of reports. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. • Proven expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, and SSAS technologies. • Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools. • Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex concepts for diverse audiences. • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Clearance Required: • Candidates must reside and work within the continental U.S. and possess the ability to obtain and maintain suitability/public trust clearance. Preferred Skills and Experience • Experience in software development or engineering. • Awareness of serverless cloud technologies. • Familiarity with AWS and Azure platforms.
