Business Development Executive – Microsoft Services I’m partnering with a high-growth Microsoft partner that is looking to add a Business Development Executive to their team. This role will play a key part in driving new business, expanding strategic accounts, and delivering real value to clients through professional and managed services focused on Microsoft technologies. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both customers and Microsoft. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across net new and existing accounts • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and position tailored solutions that leverage digital studio and Microsoft capabilities • Build strong relationships with Microsoft field teams to drive joint opportunities and cloud adoption • Collaborate with client solution teams and delivery leaders to develop compelling, differentiated proposals • Create and execute account and territory plans that support long-term client growth • Work closely with marketing and alliance teams to run campaigns and go-to-market initiatives • Manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and close deals that support client success and business objectives • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms that are both profitable and client-friendly Preferred Experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field • Five or more years of experience within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, with established relationships preferred • 7+ years of Sales Experience • Proven track record of selling cloud-based professional and managed services • Strong understanding of commercial deal structures and pricing models within consulting and managed services • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to build and grow client relationships • Collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable working across technical and business teams • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on long-term value This role is well-suited for someone who wants to be part of a people-first culture and make an impact by delivering high-value solutions to clients.
