Full-time Description This role will provide comprehensive technical support for the organization's computer systems and network infrastructure. It will combine traditional systems administration with network responsibilities, including implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise-class networks and systems. The position requires expertise in both on-premises and cloud environments, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of IT infrastructure. What you will do: Systems Administration: • Provides technical support identifying, investigating, and resolving users' problems with computer hardware, software, and peripherals • Utilizes online tools and collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems • Conducts a program of ongoing preventative maintenance and patching of systems and equipment • Provides basic project management for hardware, software, and systems installations and upgrades Network experience: • Network Infrastructure Management • Network Monitoring & Performance • Security Implementation • Network Troubleshooting • Network Documentation • Disaster Recovery Technical Skills should include experience with - • Hybrid Environment Management • Server Technologies • Scripting & Automation • Messaging and Printing • Proficient with MS365 administration and environment. • Microsoft Suite • Networking Protocols • Network Hardware proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent networking equipment. • Network Security • Monitoring Tools- such as SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, or similar platforms Your best qualities will be: • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Adaptability to rapidly changing technologies and business requirements Universal Engraving, Inc./Infinity® Foils, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
