Microsoft Power Platform Engineer (100% Remote/Contract to Hire) Optomi, in partnership with an industry leader is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to join their team. This engineer will help manage, govern, and optimize the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem across the enterprise. You will help ensure secure, scalable, and compliant use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. Base pay range $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr Responsibilities • Designs, develops, and delivers Apps/Flows/Reports that support the governance of the Power Platform • Implementing and advise on various Microsoft tools • Provides input to the overall architecture, operational governance model of Power Platform • Consults with project teams to identify when it is necessary to modify services to accommodate project needs related to Power Platform • Actively partners with cyber and compliance leadership to ensure that the Power Platform Products are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards • Develops and executes delivery plans in close coordination with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve desired timelines and roadmaps for Power Platform • Provides engineering, oversight, governance, and tactical direction related to the Power Platform Qualifications • Ability to work a remote, contract role • Experience engineering within Microsoft Power Platform- Power Apps, Automate, Copilot, Power BI • Experience connecting platform to Azure AD, Microsoft 365 • Familiar with DLP policies and rules • Experience working in an enterprise environment making recommendations and suggestions on governance, security, and compliance issues within Microsoft's Power Platform • Ability to communicate with various business units and stakeholders Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Optomi by 2x Medical insurance Vision insurance •
