• *This position is contract to hire and will be onsite 5x per week in Charlotte** Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as a BI Engineer / Senior Data Analyst • Extensive data analysis experience utilizing Excel, Azure SQL, Python/R • Extensive experience building out dashboards in Power BI • Experience building pipelines in Databricks • Experience with Github and Jira • Experience with A/B testing • Retail / ecommerce experience HIGHLY preferred • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred Responsibilities: • Frame problems and designs analytical approach including but not limited to data pipelines, KPIs and dashboards. • Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on any dataset and perform descriptive analytics. • Understand data pipelines and able to request/shape data requirements. • Design and develop Power BI dashboards • Work with large datasets to integrate multiple data sources for generating insights. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and data scientists to consume data outputs and embed into dashboards. • Shape requirements for self-service dashboards and data insights. • Translate insights into business actions. • Streamline analytics and reporting processes. • Automate repeatable tasks Compensation: $50-60hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
