About the Role: We are in search of a dynamic self-starter ready to transform data into actionable insights that drive marketing channel decisions and enhance performance. This high-visibility position places you in the heart of a rapidly-growing startup, equipping you to tackle some of the most intriguing challenges in our industry. As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a vital role within the Marketing Analytics team, contributing to data modeling, core data pipelines, and essential data tools like dashboards and performance metrics. Your impact will empower channel managers to leverage data effectively, maximizing business outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities: • Communicate insights and findings to key stakeholders, influencing channel managers to take decisive actions based on your recommendations. • Design user-friendly dashboards and frameworks for monitoring and visualizing KPIs. • Identify opportunities to enhance the marketing team's data accessibility and tools, fostering improved performance and informed decision-making. • Engage in data modeling and the development/maintenance of core ETL pipelines and tables. • Conduct incremental lift experiments for upper funnel channels. • Build and maintain marketing signals utilizing dbt. Qualifications and Skills: • Required: • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in established firms or high-growth tech startups. • 4+ years of experience in building and maintaining BI reporting using tools like Tableau or Mode. • 4+ years of regular SQL experience. • 3+ years in data analysis, data science, business intelligence, or related fields. • 2+ years in channel optimization. • Foundational understanding of data architecture and best practices. • Experience in building API integrations and managing data pipelines. • Proficiency in Python for generating business insights and informing organizational decisions. • Preferred: • Experience with classification, general linear model builds, and ML pipelines. • Familiarity with statistical techniques such as difference-in-difference. • Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation best practices. LI-Remote The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000 - $236,000. Salary ranges are determined by role level and location, reflecting the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual pay will depend on work location and other factors, including job-related skills and education.
