We are looking for someone to: • Gain broad exposure to the WoodmenLife organization by meeting weekly with the Internship Cohort, collectively with Executive Leadership, and one-on-one with leaders at the division level. • Summarize and present capstone presentation of the internship experience including project accomplishments, skill development, and key learnings. Collaborative Teamwork in Agile Environment: • Learn to operate effectively within a collaborative, Agile-driven team environment, contributing to cross-functional efforts that support strategic and departmental goals. Enterprise Data Architecture Exposure: • Develop an understanding of scalable and maintainable enterprise data warehouse and BI system architecture, including foundational principles and best practices. Data Analysis and Strategic Insights: • Support data analysis efforts by extracting, transforming, and interpreting complex datasets to generate insights that inform strategic decisions, manage risk, and improve operational efficiency. We Need Someone Who Has: • Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college, currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Analytics or related field(s) • Must have a 3.0 or higher GPA • Ability to work 38.75 hours per week • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while working collaboratively. • Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office • The ability to provide seamless, trustworthy, attentive and resourceful (S.T.A.R.) customer service. • Passion for making an impact in local communities • Growth Mindset: Demonstrates adaptability and resilience by embracing challenges, learning from experience, and supporting change to continuously grow and improve. • Innovation: Generates and shares creative ideas that improve processes and add value.
