• ** THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE 3 DAYS ONSITE NON NEGOTIABLE *** Responsibilities • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance, Supply Chain, or Project Operations modules). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT) to gather and document business and technical requirements. • Configure CRM/ERP entities, workflows, dashboards, and security roles. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and acceptance criteria. • Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools. • Manage demo environments and validate scenarios for internal stakeholders (if applicable). • Provide end-user support and training as needed. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred). • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Strong understanding of Azure Entra ID, M365 Admin Center, and Power Platform. • Experience with business process modeling and solution architecture. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • CBAP, PMP, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
