This position requires a self-starter who is data-curious, analytical, and capable of working independently to find and present data-driven solutions.The ideal candidate is an experienced business intelligence professional who can design, develop, and deliver high-quality data visualizations that enable effective decision-making in clinical and operational domains.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development of reporting dashboards and data visualizations for clinical, operational, and quality performance metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Analyze source systems, define transformation requirements, and design dimensional data models.Develop, document, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders in a Technical Product Owner capacity.Ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability of all reports and dashboards.Provide guidance and training to business users on data visualization tools and reporting best practices.Support the identification and definition of KPIs and measurement methodologies for quality and outcomes tracking.Required Skills and Experience5+ yearsof experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics.3+ yearsof hands-on SQL experience (SSMS).3+ yearswith Power BI (Power BI Desktop and Service required).Proficiency withrelational databasesanddimensional data modeling(3–5 years).Proven experience withdata visualization designand dashboard best practices.Experience inAgile methodologyenvironments.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).HealthcareorHome Healthindustry experience, especially withHome Care Home Basesystems orOASIS datasets .Familiarity withMicrosoft Azure Data FactoryorData Warehousesolutions.Why Join CornerStone Technology Talent ServicesAt CornerStone, we connect top technology professionals with innovative organizations that value expertise, collaboration, and results.
