Location: Cincinnati, OH (On-Site) Department: Client Development About The Role / Position Summary The Client Development Analyst is an integral part of FEG’s Client Development Department, which is comprised of the Marketing, Pipeline, and Sales Teams. This department leads the firm’s business development and client engagement efforts from establishing brand awareness to new client acquisition and onboarding. The Client Development Analyst coordinates and executes RFI/RFP responses using effective project management skills – across FEG service lines – to support the firm’s new business and client retention efforts. What You’ll Do / Position Responsibilities Proposal Management • Produce and deliver accurate and timely proposals and other custom materials for current and prospective clients. • Effectively understand and communicate FEG’s brand, service capabilities, and value propositions to support new client acquisitions and maintain existing client relationships. • Coordinate with Sales and Advisory Teams to establish proposal timelines and determine content that aligns with the Team’s vision, service line strategy, and the needs/requirements of the prospect. • Effectively coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and contributing departments to obtain information necessary for proposal completion. • Manage follow-up work associated with proposals moving to the next phase of the sales process and provide ad hoc finals support, as needed. • Cross-train to assist in the production of custom presentation materials and collateral to support sales and marketing efforts. • Provide support for a wide variety of marketing activities including, but not limited to, development and maintenance of marketing collateral, occasional email marketing, strategic campaigns, and general website updates. Process Management & Optimization • Support the proposal management database (Loopio) and CRM by inputting data per designated processes. • Contribute to and help maintain the team’s internal roadmap. For certain positions, we accept a high school diploma, GED, or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC). • 1-2 years of work experience in marketing, sales and/or other relevant experience. • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance. • Excellent written communication, organization, creativity, and time management skills; results-driven with a strong commitment to deadlines. • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and high work ethic.
