Role Overview We’re hiring a hands-on Director of BI & Analytics to drive and own our data-analytics function. You’ll translate raw data into actionable insights, deliver best-in-class Power BI reporting, and partner across the business—from the CEO to junior team members—to enable data-driven decisions. Note: This is an in-office, “roll-up-your-sleeves” Individual Contributor role. Intelligence & Delivery • Partner with senior leadership to identify BI needs, define an analytics roadmap and strategy, and deliver insights that drive targeted outcomes. 2. Data Development & Governance • Architect, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server, Azure Data Factory and Synapse. • Collaborate with the Data Science team to unify and maintain our corporate data lake. • Ingest and integrate data from NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM and other SQL databases. • Ensure data quality, consistency, security and documentation in collaboration with the technology team. 3. Reporting & Visualization • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for daily, weekly and monthly KPI tracking (sales, customer success, finance, etc.). • Lead weekly trading meetings with standardized KPI packs to highlight performance trends and flag challenges. • Optimize models for performance and self-service reporting. 4. Deep-Dive Analysis & Market Insights • Conduct root-cause and trend analyses on operational and commercial metrics. • Research and share market and industry data analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies. • Leverage AI-driven analytics to enhance insight depth, automate pattern detection, and surface predictive trends. 5. Internal & External Communications • Prepare and present findings—in English and Turkish—to stakeholders at all levels. • Equip senior leaders with concise analyses and reports; support junior colleagues with ad-hoc requests. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Pricing and Operations to define metrics, set targets and measure initiative impact. 7. Culture & Team Leadership • Champion a facts-first culture: objectivity over opinion. • Spearhead the use of AI-driven analytics and thrive in a lean setup— managing a team of one.
