Position Overview: The Analyst, Supply Chain is under the general direction of the Manager, Supply Chain Planning and Performance and is responsible for data analysis and reporting, process improvement, supplier vendor coordination, technology and systems support, and stakeholder collaboration. The position shall interact and provide direction daily through contact with all aspects of the business working with respective systems and processes of the Supply Chain Department. Position Responsibilities: • Develop Supply Chain (SC) data analytics to identify gaps. • Support creating and revising the SC Dashboards and PowerBI. • Support developing processes and job aids. • Support the procure to pay (P2P) process. • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT). • Perform forecasting and demand planning. • Work with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and usability. • Train staff on tools and systems used for supply chain management. • Maintain and develop SC SharePoint site. • Support new product launches, inventory transitions, and logistics changes. • Coordinate with teams across procurement, operations, warehousing, sales, and finance. • Onboard vendors and maintain administrator level information in myTrack. • Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field to SC or business. • 0–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis. • Data analysis proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other digital and software systems. • Ability to clearly and concisely present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. • Strong written and verbal communication / collaboration. • Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain timelines. Desired Qualities: • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis. • Advance technical skills in data tools like SQL, Python, Tableau, and PowerBI. • Strategic thinking to connect supply chain actions to business goals. • Self-starter attitude and process improvement experience. • Ability to communicate and present data to different audiences (technical vs. business) and to summarize complex information clearly and concisely.
