Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of 10+ developers, fostering growth and accountability • Drive adoption of Agile, DevSecOps, secure coding, mobile-ready, and cloud-native architectures • Oversee design, development, and maintenance of applications in a .NET, SaaS, and Azure environment • Collaborate with architecture teams on buy-build-customize decisions • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions • Shape and execute the IT applications roadmap aligned with strategic goals • Manage AMS, CMS, and Marketing Automation platforms — e.g., Personify, Nimble AMS, iMIS, YourMembership; Optimizely, Sitecore, Kentico, Umbraco; HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable — or similar. • Partner with infrastructure, data, security, and program management teams to deliver future-ready solutions • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance • Ensure security and compliance (NIST, ISO,GDPR, PCI) throughout the SDLC • Oversee a budget exceeding $1M with a focus on cost-effectiveness Qualifications: • 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in enterprise application leadership • Experience managing technical teams of 10+ and budgets over $1M • Proven success delivering secure, modern, and compliant applications • Strong background in .NET, Azure, and SaaS platforms • Nonprofit, membership-based, or government tech experience is a plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and mentor future leaders • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills Bonus Experience: • Background in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations • Familiarity with secure-by-design principles and compliance frameworks Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
