We have a Full-time opportunity for you as Salesforce Business Systems Analyst @ Boston, MA (100% Day one Onsite) Role: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Locations: Boston, MA (100% Day one Onsite) Type of Hiring: FTE Must have skills: CPQ, CPQ Billing, Salesforce Landscape, Salesforce Workflow Job Description: Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for CPQ, RCA, and Billing projects. Map business processes across Quote, Pricing, Contracting, Revenue Recognition, and Billing. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define use cases, workflows, and edge scenarios. Solution Design & Documentation Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to ensure business needs align with Salesforce capabilities. Document system integrations between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and ERP/Finance platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.). Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teams. Ensure clear communication of requirements, scope, and solution impacts. Conduct demos, CRP (Conference Room Pilots), and UAT sessions to validate functionality with business users. Testing & Deployment Support Support test planning and execution by validating scenarios and reviewing test cases. Participate in UAT, triage defects, and ensure acceptance criteria are met. Assist in cutover planning, data validation, and hypercare support. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of IT/CRM business analysis experience, with 7+ years on Salesforce projects. Strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud modules, including: CPQ (product configuration, pricing, quoting, approval workflows) RCA (revenue recognition, contract amendments, reporting) Billing (subscription, usage-based billing, invoicing, dunning, credit notes) Proven experience delivering end-to-end Quote-to-Cash projects. Skilled in writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process diagrams, and data mapping documents. Familiarity with integration scenarios (Salesforce to ERP/Finance). Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Business Analyst preferred. Desired Attributes Strong consulting and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging with CXO-level stakeholders. Analytical thinker who can anticipate challenges, gaps, and risks in business processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-project environments and manage competing priorities.
