About the position The O365 Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Office 365 environment at KET Software Services LLC. This role involves configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Office 365 applications and services, with a strong emphasis on Azure administration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the security and smooth operation of Office 365 solutions. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain Office 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. , • Implement and monitor security measures such as conditional access policies and data loss prevention (DLP). , • Perform migrations, upgrades, and configuration changes as needed. , • Support Azure AD integration, synchronization, and authentication. , • Administer and troubleshoot Azure services related to O365. , • Provide Tier 2/3 support for O365 and Azure-related issues. , • Respond to and resolve escalated incidents and service requests. , • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy O365 features and services. , • Train end-users and develop documentation for O365 tools and processes. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience as an O365 Administrator or similar role. , • Proficient in Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. , • Strong understanding of Azure AD and related services. , • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. , • Knowledge of O365 security features, compliance, and best practices. Nice-to-haves • Azure Administrator Certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate). , • Experience with hybrid Exchange environments. , • Familiarity with Intune and device management solutions.
