Junior Data Engineers - INDIA job at Insight Global. Collegeville, PA. Job Description A leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services to the life sciences industry is seeking 3-4 Junior Data Engineers to join their offshore team sitting onsite in Bangalore, India. These individuals will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of data solutions on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Additional responsibilities will include creating and maintaining data pipelines, data storage solutions, data processing, and data integration to enable data-driven decision-making within the organization. Additionally, knowledge of DevOps processes, Infrastructure as Code, and working experience with Python or Spark-SQL are desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment are essential. Data Management and Storage: You'll work with various Azure data storage options (such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Cosmos DB) to design scalable, performant, and cost-effective data storage systems. Data Integration and ETL: You'll develop and implement data integration processes (often using Azure Data Factory) to extract, transform, and load data from different sources into data warehouses or data lakes. Big Data and Analytics: You'll leverage big data technologies like Azure Databricks and Apache Spark to handle and analyze large volumes of data, creating data processing workflows and pipelines.
