What You'll Do: As a Systems Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients’ technology needs through a mix of remote and on-site support. Your day-to-day will include troubleshooting, system administration, and collaborating with a dynamic team to keep client systems secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Provide tier 1-2 support via phone, remote tools, and onsite visits. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and printer issues • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets using our Service Desk platform. • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and software. • Support Microsoft 365, Windows desktops, and MAC Devices • Manage user accounts and passwords in Active Directory and proprietary systems. • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and updates. • Maintain inventory of PCs, peripherals, and networking gear. • Support new user setups, hardware deployments, and equipment deliveries. • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Network Operations Center (NOC) • Participate in on-call rotations and escalate complex issues as needed. • Collaborate with team members and escalate unresolved issues to senior admins or vendors when necessary. • Additional tasks as assigned by leadership What You Bring: • 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration (MSP experience a plus) • Strong understanding of Windows 8/10/11 and Microsoft Office 2010–2019 & Office 365 • Familiarity with Windows Server environments • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and remote desktop tools • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) • A passion for troubleshooting and learning new technologies • Excellent time management and a self-starter attitude • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Why Join Us? • Paid vacation and sick time • Seven paid holidays • Employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision plans • Training and certification opportunities • Business casual work environment with a tight-knit, supportive team Company DescriptionAbout WorldTech Management Solutions At WorldTech, we believe great technology should empower businesses—not complicate them.
