Job Title: Business Analyst Salesforce & Azure DevOpsLocation: [Onsite Columbus, Ohio]Duration: [9+ Months ]Employment Type: [W2/1099/C2C]Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives involving Salesforce CRM and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and Agile methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skills, certification in business analysis, and hands-on experience with enterprise project tools.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.Perform requirements analysis and document functional/non-functional specifications.Develop test plans, coordinate test execution, and ensure defect tracking/resolution.Use Azure DevOps for managing projects, work items, and progress tracking.Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.Work with Salesforce CRM users to capture needs, configure solutions, and enhance system functionality.Ensure all deliverables adhere to established SDLC processes and organizational standards.Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Maintain clear documentation and communication between business and technical teams.Required Qualifications7+ years experience in Software Development Life Cycle activities, including requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and execution.1+ years experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and work item management.3+ years experience with Salesforce CRM.IIBA Certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP, or equivalent).Scrum/Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).Experience in Agile environments and hybrid project delivery models.Familiarity with Salesforce customization, reporting, and user training.
