About the position Responsibilities • Executes design sessions to gather requirements, review, approve, and communicate design artifacts with stakeholders • Architecture and Design Applications • Design and implementation of API solutions • Participate in the entire software development life cycle using Agile Methodologies • Provide technical documentation as needed • Monitor and perform performance tuning • Work with offshore teams driving them to task completion • Perform problem-solving of application issues and production errors • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements • Deep understanding of differences between PaaS solutions, their limitations and benefits, and experience/expertise in recommending the right tool for the job • .NET development background or previous experience as Technical Architect / Application Architect on Azure • Azure Cloud Architect with extensive Kubernetes expertise, successfully managing production environments • Strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes with Microsoft .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server), Azure services (API Management, App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, AKS, and Cosmos DB, Rabbit MQ) • Experience in Cloud Design Patterns and can come up with Detailed Designs for new applications/modules • Strong background in Object Oriented Development techniques • Write clean, testable code and adhere to coding standards • BS/BA or equivalent degree in computer science or similar required Nice-to-haves • Azure cloud certification is desirable • Azure Migration Services • Microsoft's Well Architected Framework • Financial domain experience Benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects • Work with a highly motivated and dedicated team • Competitive salary • Flexible schedule • Benefits package - medical insurance, vision, dental, etc. • Corporate social events • Professional development opportunities • Well-equipped office
