BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Requires BS/BA in Information Technology and 8+ years of backend office leadership. • Minimum of 8 years’ experience designing / supporting collaboration solutions • Microsoft SharePoint technical administration experience • Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online technical administration experience • Microsoft Office (2019+, 365 ProPlus) experience • Microsoft Teams and Team Rooms technical administration experience • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication and writing skills. • Strong teaming and small team leadership skills • Self-motivated PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate • Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) • Scripting experience (including PowerShell)
