We’re looking for a Dynamics CRM Consultant with hands-on experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to support our clients on enterprise-level transformation initiatives. What You’ll Do • Lead and deliver Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) implementations across various industries • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions • Design, configure, and customize CRM modules, forms, workflows, and dashboards • Build and deploy solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery • Provide post-go-live support, training, and system optimization What You’ll Bring • 3 years experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) • Proficient in Power Platform including Power Automate, Canvas/Model-driven apps, and Power BI • Strong understanding of Dataverse, security roles, and custom entity design • Experience integrating Dynamics with third-party systems via APIs • Comfortable working with Agile teams, using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Microsoft certifications a strong advantage (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, MB-210) Why Join Us? • 100% Remote – Work from anywhere • Cutting-edge projects with enterprise clients • Collaborative, supportive team environment • Ongoing training and Microsoft certification support • Flexible schedule and healthy work-life balance
