The organization is looking for a DevOps Engineer with experience in the D365 Power Platform to join its IT team. This position is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of application environments, with a focus on system reliability, automation, and seamless deployment pipelines. This critical role will focus on the administration, stability, and efficiency of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM and financial transaction processing. We are looking for someone who can proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, support CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with teams across IT, Development, and Operations to enhance system performance and enable effective service delivery. Responsibilities include supporting legacy applications as well as driving the transition to cloud-based infrastructure and modern DevOps practices. • Candidate must demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with the client's non-profit Christian mission The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Proven experience in DevOps, system administration, or infrastructure support roles Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and automation tools Broad understanding of content and content organization Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, React, SQL, and optionally Python or T-SQL Experience with SQL and troubleshooting data flow/integration issues Excellent verbal, written, and other media communication skills Integrative thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and be an effective member of a team Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective rapport with all levels of staff and outside public TECHEAD's mission is to make our on-site associates successful by placing them in the right environment so they can grow and prosper.
